Patient-Centered Medical Home

“Patient-centered” is a practice, not a slogan.

With Dr. Magill, a former chair of the ABFM, Dr. Lee established a US-China cooperation program in the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). When you’re living with several conditions at once, we look at the whole picture and care for them together — rather than treating one problem at a time in isolation.
