Annual Physicals & Vaccinations
Check-up, clear explanation, and a prevention plan — the full loop. You leave with your questions answered.
Annual physicals for Flushing, Bayside & Corona residents.

Why Here

We don’t just run the tests — we walk you through them.
Dr. Lee goes over your results item by item: what to watch, and what to do next. Have a report from somewhere else? Bring it in and we’ll review it with you.
When several things are going on at once, we look at them together rather than in isolation. That’s three decades of internal and family medicine, showing up in every visit.
Bring a report from elsewhere
Already have a check-up report or lab results in hand? Bring them in and the doctor will walk through them with you — what to watch, and what comes next.

FAQ
Before your physical, you might ask
- Do I need to fast for a physical?
- If your check-up includes fasting bloodwork (like glucose or lipids), you’ll usually fast 8–12 hours (small sips of water are fine) — details as advised when you book.
- How long until I get my results?
- Routine bloodwork usually comes back within a few business days (it varies by test). Once it’s in, your doctor will go over it with you.
- Does insurance cover a physical?
- Most plans cover the annual preventive physical as a wellness benefit, but it depends on your policy — call and tell us your plan, and the front desk will check it for you.
The above is general guidance; please call for details specific to our practice.
